Conventus seeks a results-driven Relationship Manager to originate and grow client relationships in the real estate lending space. This full-time remote role requires proximity to Washington and a proactive, customer-focused approach to cross-sell a broad loan product suite.

You will source and nurture opportunities, coordinate with underwriting, and represent CHC at industry events. A strong track record in lending and a commitment to client excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Remote relationship manager with a focus on real estate lending.
• 1–5 years of commercial, consumer, or real estate lending experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop direct relationships with real estate investors and industry leaders.
• Articulate loan options, terms, and pricing to clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline using inbound and outbound leads.
• Coordinate with loan processing team and attend events to build CHC brand.
