Job summary

Conventus Holdings Corporation (CHC) is seeking a Remote Relationship Manager located in Washington to drive revenue and source/cultivate client relationships for its real estate loan products.

You will build partnerships with real estate investors, learn CHC’s product suite, and manage a robust sales pipeline while collaborating with processing teams and attending industry events to expand CHC’s nationwide presence.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of commercial, consumer, or real estate lending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop direct relationships with real estate investors to position CHC as a lending partner.
• Become an expert of our product suite and capabilities.
• Clearly articulate the different loans and terms available to customers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline using inbound and outbound leads.
• Support customer relationship culture through ongoing contact and quality service.
• Propose pricing and loan structuring based on risk assessments per guidelines.
• Collaborate with loan processing team to allocate workflow.
• Represent CHC at events to build trusted relationships and market services.
• Utilize marketing strategies to grow the CHC brand and referrals.
• Correspond with applicants to obtain loan information and answer questions.
