• 1–5 years of commercial, consumer, or real estate lending experience.
• Active NMLS in Utah required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop direct relationships with real estate investors and industry leaders to position CHC as a preferred lending partner.
• Become an expert on our product suite and capabilities.
• Clearly articulate loan options and terms to customers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline using inbound and outbound leads; support customer relationship culture.
• Provide pricing and terms based on risk assessments within underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to coordinate workflow.
