Job summary

Conventus is seeking a Relationship Manager who will drive revenue by sourcing and cultivating new real estate loan clients. This remote role requires you to be located in the Greater Boston area and to build strong client relationships with investors and industry leaders.

You will become an expert on our loan products, articulate terms clearly, manage a steady pipeline, and coordinate with processing teams to deliver fast, accurate financing.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of commercial, consumer, or real estate lending experience.
• MORTGAGE loan officer experience preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop direct relationships with real estate investors and industry leaders to position CHC as a preferred lending partner.
• Become an expert of our product suite and capabilities.
• Clearly articulate loan options and terms to customers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline using inbound and outbound leads.
• Support strong customer relationship culture through ongoing contact and service.
• Propose pricing, terms, and structure loan financing feedback per underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with loan processing team to allocate workflow.
• Attend events and network to grow CHC brand and referrals.
• Utilize marketing strategies to drive referrals and retention.
• Correspond with applicants to obtain information for loan applications.
