Job summary

Elevate Jet is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for remote clients. You will sell trust, precision, and peace of mind to individuals and corporations who demand flawless travel management.

You will cultivate leads, present compelling proposals, and nurture relationships across Charter, Membership, Corporate Shuttle, VIP and executive jet services, with travel up to 25% and a performance-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of aviation industry experience.
• PLUS 4-7 years of hospitality and sales experience (preferred).
• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.
• Strong organizational skills and resilience in high-end client management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on new potential accounts, setting client visits and educating third-party resellers.
• Discover, cultivate, and convert pre-qualified leads into long-term clients.
• Build compelling proposals, quotes, and bids for trip contracts.
• Represent Elevate Jet at industry events and nurture existing accounts.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Elevate Jet brand and culture.
