Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate to support the account management team, handling policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of personal lines experience and an active P&C license, with the ability to obtain licensing in multiple states. This fully remote role may require occasional onsite work per policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in multiple states.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Client service: deliver professional, timely service and first-call resolution.
• Policy servicing: process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, address changes.
• Correspondence management: manage emails, faxes, and mail with accurate records.
• Underwriting support: coordinate with carriers to fulfill requirements.
• Proofs of insurance: prepare and deliver documents promptly.
• Team collaboration: support Account Managers across books of business.
• Claims assistance: help facilitate client claims processes as needed.
• Compliance: maintain licensure and continuing education per policy.
