The role supports the account management team with personal insurance needs, handling policy servicing, communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely service. The ideal candidate will have a P&C license, 2+ years of personal lines experience, and strong organizational and customer service skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active P&C license required.
• Ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High accuracy with high-volume work.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent client service by anticipating needs and ensuring clear communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage email, fax, and mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and implement feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain licensure and CE requirements.
• Build relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen insurance knowledge and technical skills.
• Champion IOA values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
