Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain professional communications.
• Process policy servicing tasks including endorsements and changes.
• Manage email, fax, and mail communications with timely updates.
• Support underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
