Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. The role supports the account management team with policy servicing, administrative tasks, client communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate holds 2+ years in personal lines, an active P&C license, and a capacity to obtain licensing across all states. Remote work is available with hybrid onsite as needed and a strong emphasis on accuracy,

Formación

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent client service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Efficiently manage emails, faxes, and return mail to update client records.
• Communicate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors to address challenges and feedback.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, and carriers.
• Strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise for clients and business needs.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
