Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate.

This fully remote role supports the Private Client Group personal lines accounts and requires an active P&C license with strong CA market experience preferred. Ideal candidates will provide policy servicing, client communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure timely service while supporting agency growth and client retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in personal lines insurance.
• Active P&C license required.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service with professional communication and aim for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documents.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and implement feedback.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including licensure and CE.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen insurance knowledge and technical skills to support clients and business.
