Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive new business growth remotely within the Eastern Time Zone footprint.

The role focuses on affluent clients, providing concierge-level risk management and customized insurance solutions for luxury homes and high-value assets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Private Client/affluent insurance, a valid P&C license, and a strong network of referral partners.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years Personal Lines experience with HNW/Private Client preferred.
• Proven success developing new business through networking, referrals and relationships.
• Strong network of professional referral partners (wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate).
• Experience advising clients on complex personal insurance programs and risk management.
• Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire High Net Worth relationships while achieving sales objectives.
• Build, maintain, and actively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence to generate new business opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by assessing lifestyle exposures and recommending solutions.
• Analyze high-value assets and conduct regular coverage reviews.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Deliver concierge-level client experience with internal service teams.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with other divisions.
• Represent IOA at industry and community events to expand visibility.
• Leverage LinkedIn and professional networks to enhance credibility and market presence.
• Work with carrier partners to negotiate coverage solutions for complex risks.
• Maintain current knowledge of private client products and market trends.
