Job summary

Insurance Office of America invites an experienced Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to join our Private Client Group. In this role you will cultivate relationships with affluent individuals and family offices, delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions for luxury homes, high‑value assets, and personal wealth protection.

You will build a trusted advisory practice through networking, centers of influence, and cross‑functional collaboration with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• 5+ years in Personal Lines insurance, with HNW/private client experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage relationships with affluent clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new High Net Worth client relationships.
• Manage pipelines, referrals, and Centers of Influence to grow book of business.
• Advise clients on complex personal insurance programs and risk management.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to place tailored coverage.
• Represent IOA at industry and networking events to expand visibility.
