Job summary

Smith Brothers Insurance, LLC is seeking an Account Executive for its Private Client Group. This fully remote role supports high-net-worth clients with complex programs, managing a portfolio and growing through referrals and new business.

The candidate will guide plan selections, enrollments, renewals, and ongoing service while maintaining exceptional client experience. Prior underwriter familiarity and strong communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high net worth personal lines experience.
• College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Property & Casualty license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of clients including an assigned portfolio and new business.
• Meet annual sales and retention goals.
• Drive growth through outreach, referrals, and cross-sell efforts.
• Educate clients to provide risk management and guidance.
• Handle quoting, enrollment, changes, renewals, and service.
