Job summary

HUB International in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Private Client Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team on a hybrid schedule. You will manage a High-Net-Worth book, provide risk management counsel, and act as a broker for sophisticated clients.

This role requires 5–7 years of HNW personal lines experience, an active P&C license, EPIC proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and Producers to grow business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of High Net Worth Personal Lines experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Proficiency with EPIC and agency management systems.
• Knowledge of HNW carriers such as Chubb, AIG, PURE, ACE and Travelers.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned High-Net-Worth personal lines book with varying size and complexity.
• Provide insurance and risk management counsel to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Review coverage, exposures, limits, and pricing; offer recommendations.
• Coordinate renewals, marketing, stewardship activities, and service deliverables.
• Build relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, and partners.
• Support Producers in growing business and expanding client relationships.
