Lang Insurance is seeking an experienced Private Client Account Executive to join our High-Net-Worth Personal Lines team in Hauppauge, NY. This hybrid role combines close collaboration with agency leadership and clients to deliver highly personalized service.

The role manages an established HNW book, handling new business and renewals, client reviews, and staying ahead of market trends, with a compensation starting at $120,000 per year and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
• Experience with leading HNW carriers (Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, Berkley One).
• Experience with wholesale brokers on hard-to-place E&S business.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous process improvement and team development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned High-Net-Worth book of business.
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing and binding processes through policy issuance.
• Create applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, certificates and EOC cards.
• Conduct high-level client renewal reviews.
• Stay current on industry trends, products and coverage updates, and emerging technologies.
• Meet agency-defined service and quality metrics.
