Qualifications

• 3+ years of high net worth personal lines experience.
• Valid Property & Casualty license in good standing.
• Ability to advise and educate clients on coverage options.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of clients including assigned portfolio and new business.
• Meet sales and retention goals annually.
• Drive growth through referrals, rounding, and cross-sell.
• Consult and educate clients with risk management guidance.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
