Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Private Client Group Account Manager to service affluent personal insurance clients, perform risk analyses, compare coverages, and deliver proactive client services. The role may operate independently or with a team to advocate for clients and manage renewals, and to write new accounts as needed, following best practices and broker standards.

The candidate should bring strong client service, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on confidentiality

Qualifications

• P & C Insurance Producer License required.
• High School or equivalent.
• Four or more years insurance brokerage or property casualty insurance experience in account management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service day to day client needs including calls, email, and coverage questions.
• Manage renewal process including information updates, terms, pricing, and invoicing.
• Review client exposures and design insurance programs to meet needs.
• Complete annual client reviews updating risk exposures and changes.
• Develop relationships with wealth managers, attorneys, realtors, and business owners.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist producers with proposals, quotes, and coverage solutions.
• Receive client calls and modify policies as needed.
• Collaborate with Producers, Assistant Account Managers and Private Client Group Advisors.
