Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Counsel II – Privacy (Remote) to partner with the Privacy team and product, engineering, marketing, HR, and sales to mature our privacy, data governance, and AI governance programs.

You will translate evolving regulatory requirements into practical governance, create playbooks, templates, and operating models, and lead privacy-by-design initiatives while supporting commercial transactions and incident response.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years advising on data privacy and related regulations.
• Ability to translate complex privacy and cybersecurity concepts into practical guidance.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical contract support to sales, procurement, and business teams.
• Lead privacy-related commercial transactions, incl. DPA/BAA negotiations.
• Scale the privacy program and embed privacy into product and operations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into governance frameworks and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement with tools and templates for scalable privacy.
