Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Privacy Compliance to advance our global privacy program and advise on complex regulatory issues. You will partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to integrate privacy-by-design across AI-driven products and services.

You will lead risk assessments, DSR efforts, and tooling improvements, translating evolving regulations into scalable playbooks and training for diverse teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ Applicants need to handle privacy risk and regulatory requirements.
• Experience building or maturing privacy programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex laws into practical policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI governance and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy risk and PIAs, including governance and compliance with CCPA/CPRA.
• Oversee data subject rights (DSR) programs worldwide across US and international laws.
• Improve privacy compliance tooling and automation for PIAs, risk assessments, and DSR fulfillment.
• Advise on privacy-by-design principles for evolving technologies.
• Serve as privacy SME to cross-functional teams and enable smart risk decisions.
• Translate regulatory developments into scalable playbooks and training.
• Monitor global privacy developments including AI-specific laws and translate into program updates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to reach practical outcomes.
