Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Prism Trainer/Help Desk Specialist to support federal end users on the agency-specific procurement system. You will be the primary interface, logging issues and guiding users through PRISM workflows.

Requirements include excellent communication, 3+ years with Unison PRISM, training material development, and delivering training sessions in-person or virtually. Flexible work environment and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience with the Unison PRISM application.
• Experience with Version 7.4 PRISM is preferred.
• Able to quickly learn the procurement application system and ticketing workflow.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for Federal Agency end users of the PRISM system.
• Log 100% of user issues, change requests, and questions in the ticketing system and resolve promptly.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and job aids to support PRISM usage.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to end-users, in person and virtually.
