Job summary

Unison in Springfield, VA is seeking a Functional Consultant to support the PRISM COTS solution for federal agencies. You will work directly with government users, analyze issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective resolutions.

You will participate in testing, training material development, and reporting, while fostering strong client relationships in a highly secure government environment. This role is in-person 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise software applications or similar.
• Client-facing experience in software support or help desk environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional application issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional support resource for government users of the PRISM application.
• Triage and resolve help desk tickets; coordinate with technical teams as needed.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist with user training, documentation, and training materials.
• Generate reports and analyze help desk metrics.
