Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a PRISM training specialist to enable end-users across the agency procurement and ticketing systems. You will design, deliver, and maintain training materials and sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring users can navigate Unison PRISM and related modules.

You will partner with a diverse team of professionals to create user manuals, job aids, and modules, helping communities and clients adopt PRISM effectively while supporting a culture of excellence and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with the Unison PRISM application.
• Experience with Version 7.4 PRISM is preferred.
• Must learn agency-specific procurement app and ticket system.
• Must diagnose and resolve PRISM issues via end users.
• Develop training materials including manuals, job aids, and modules for PRISM.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Need to quickly grasp and learn the system and interface effectively with the end user community.
• Be responsible for ensuring that 100% of all user generated issues, change/enhancement requests, and usage questions are logged into the ticket tracking system and resolved in a timely manner.

• Develop training materials, including user manuals, job aids, and training modules, to support the effective use of PRISM.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to end-users, both in‑person and virtually, covering various PRISM functionalities and modules.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in providing user training in PRISM is preferred.

Salary Range

$100,000 to $120,000
