Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a remote Senior Analyst/Manager for pain intervention reimbursement operations in the United States. You will supervise daily prior authorization and reimbursement support for pain intervention therapies, coach a team, and partner with payers, providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely patient access.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, patient access, reimbursement support, prior authorization, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading, supervising, coaching, or directing employees or teams.
• Experience with healthcare payers, insurance verification, authorization processes, or reimbursement activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily prior authorization and reimbursement support operations for pain intervention therapies.
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance.
• Monitor payer requirements, coverage policies, and authorization processes for timely patient access.
• Resolve complex reimbursement, coverage, and escalation issues with payers and providers.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Partner with reimbursement, sales, clinical, and patient access teams to address coverage and payment barriers.
