Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a dynamic supervisor for its PAS program within the U.S. market. You will lead a remote team of prior authorization specialists, ensuring high-quality customer interactions and timely resolutions.

The role requires experience in customer service within medical devices or life sciences and a track record of staff development. You will implement training materials, hire and promote staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 5 years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with 3 years of experience, or a Baccalaureate degree and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company to external and internal customers, answers product-related questions, and connects customers to appropriate support.
• Manages a team of prior authorization specialists and handles hiring and staff training.
• Leads a remote team, conducts performance reviews, and provides feedback to direct reports.
