Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Print Estimating or Print Production experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficient in Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing requests for print services, typesetting, EDGAR, and shipping.
• Seek clarification on incomplete details on requests for proposals.
• Determine suitable vendors and solicit prices.
• Enter and process estimates using Broadridge systems.
• Provide direction and support to sales and other departments on pricing.
• Follow standard operating procedures and manage estimating workflow.
• Interface with Sales and Finance to maintain invoicing accuracy.
