Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a senior web strategy leader to define the vision and roadmap for global web experiences. You will coordinate across content, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to drive major product launches and digital initiatives.

You will use customer behavior data and performance metrics to influence product positioning, investment, and roadmaps, balancing user experience with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web strategy, digital product management, ecommerce, or related discipline.
• Experience owning web strategy for complex consumer products or global digital experiences.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, page strategy, customer journeys, funnels, attribution, and conversion.
• Strong knowledge of web design principles, accessibility, usability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience defining metrics and using data to drive roadmap decisions.
• Proven ability to lead A/B and multivariate testing programs.
• Experience influencing executives through concise storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end web strategy for major product, portfolio, and feature launches.
• Establish vision, metrics, operating model, and measurable outcomes for web initiatives.
• Translate data into product roadmaps, positioning, naming, and investment recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready narratives linking web insights to business decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across content, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and ecommerce.
• Create a unified, prioritized web roadmap across teams and workstreams.
• Guide customer-journey, funnel, and information-architecture decisions.
• Champion accessible, high-performing customer experiences.
• Define and oversee A/B and multivariate experimentation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to use AI for personalization and workflow acceleration.
• Establish governance for AI-enabled content and CX initiatives.
• Manage external partners and vendors for quality and speed.
• Lead global web experiences across markets, languages, and segments.
