Job summary
Better Digital Group is seeking a senior enterprise marketing strategy leader to own the strategic relationship and the personalization program for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, financial services, insurance, and life sciences. You will define use cases and the roadmap, decide what gets built and in what order, and stay accountable for delivering the promised program outcomes.
The role collaborates with architects and engineers who own the platform, shaping decisions on what to build
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise marketing strategy with VP/ C-level client relationships.
- The ability to diagnose why a program is underperforming, often an organizational or architectural issue.
- Ability to articulate a vision and a roadmap, both strategic and tactical, and guide a room through both.
- Working fluency in Adobe Experience Cloud and how AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, and Target fit together to shape personalization outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the personalization program and roadmap for Fortune 500 clients.
- Decide which use cases to pursue and in what order to maximize impact.
- Manage client relationships and ensure outcomes match promises.
- Disagree with clients when needed and defend decisions under pressure.
