MelodyArc, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead delivery for a core platform area. You will own the plan, drive design with engineering, and remove blockers across teams including customers, deployments, and product.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalable adoption in live enterprise deployments. You will manage integration challenges, define rollout gates, and supervise telemetry-driven delivery health with a data-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, delivery leadership, or software engineering with enterprise releases.
• Hands-on technical foundation: read/write SQL, work with JSON/APIs, understand webhooks and event-driven integrations; prototyping.
• Experience delivering AI/ML systems into production with guardrails and human-in-the-loop design.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan for a core product area, map dependencies, sequence milestones and track dates.
• Drive technical design reviews with engineering, considering APIs, event flows, data contracts, reliability and observability.
• Unblock failures, environment issues, data access, or cross‑team conflicts with actionable recommendations.
• Define readiness criteria, rollout plans, and go/no-go decisions for releases.
• Establish feedback loops for agentic workflows, routing outcomes and driving defects to closure.
• Use SQL and telemetry to report delivery health, adoption, and regression, and communicate risk with options.
