Job summary

MelodyArc, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own delivery for a core platform area. You will plan, drive technical design with engineering, clear blockers, and manage release readiness across teams in live enterprise deployments.

You will read design docs, debug complex integrations, and use telemetry and SQL to measure health and adoption. You will communicate status to leadership and customers and push for reliable, secure, and scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or delivery leadership roles.
• Strong SQL, API, JSON skills and ability to read/write code.
• Experience delivering AI/ML systems into production with guardrails and human-in-the-loop design.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risk tracking, and escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both leadership and practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan for a core product area, map dependencies across teams, and track milestones.
• Drive the technical design review to closure with engineering, focusing on APIs, webhooks, data contracts, and observability.
• Unblock integration failures, environment issues, and cross-team conflicts; escalate with a recommendation.
• Define release readiness criteria, rollout plans, rollback paths, and go/no-go decisions.
• Stand up a feedback loop for agentic workflows and drive defects to closure against quality bars.
• Use SQL and telemetry to track delivery health, adoption, and regression.
• Communicate status to leadership and customers, surfacing risk with options and recommendations.
• Scale impact by contributing reusable delivery patterns and operating practices.
