Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) for a 100% remote role supporting Veterans Affairs systems. The position requires extensive testing leadership in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments and familiarity with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and EDI transactions. U.S.

citizenship and Public Trust clearance are prerequisites. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software testing, experience with legacy healthcare systems, and strong collaboration skills to drive testing

Formación

10+ years of software testing, QA, or system validation experience.
Experience testing enterprise healthcare applications in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments.
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA EDI transactions and healthcare data workflows.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, TestRail).
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, scripts, and procedures for MUMPS/InterSystems Cache applications.
Validate software enhancements, maintenance releases, defects, and system upgrades.
Lead testing activities across functional, integration, regression, UAT, and system testing.
Verify data integrity across legacy healthcare systems and external interfaces.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, and end users to validate requirements and test objectives.
