Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) to join our Veterans Affairs testing effort. This is a 100% remote, full-time position with a Public Trust (MBI) clearance requirement.

You will lead testing activities across HL7/FHIR and EDI transactions for healthcare systems built on MUMPS/InterSystems Cache. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software testing, extensive healthcare domain experience, and strong leadership capabilities to guide testing strategies and

Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare or government/regulatory environments.
• Experience testing enterprise healthcare applications.
• Experience supporting legacy systems and MUMPS/Cache.
• Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support testing and QA for healthcare apps in MUMPS/Cache.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, scripts and procedures.
• Validate enhancements, releases, defects, and upgrades.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Verify data integrity across legacy healthcare systems.
• Test HL7, FHIR, EDI transactions and healthcare interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements.
• Create test data and environments for healthcare workflows.
• Lead testing efforts and mentor junior testers.
