Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or technical master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience at strategic/enterprise level.
• Subject‑matter expert in technical product management and enterprise‑scale strategy.
• Deep technical fluency to engage with architects and engineering leadership on system design and trade‑offs.
• Proven track record shaping multi‑year roadmaps and influencing enterprise decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owns and evolves long-term product vision and technical strategy for a major platform.
• Architects and governs large-scale cross-program EPICs and initiatives with dependencies and risks.
• Lead multi-program incremental planning and connect features to business strategy.
• Partner with senior executives, architects, and cross-functional leaders on investment decisions.
• Drive BPMN and value-stream mapping to design scalable future-state processes.
• Establish standards for requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability.
