Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Director of Product Management (Platform) to own the Core Platform vision and strategy, including identity, APIs, data/search, developer experience, and infrastructure. You will drive adoption, balance tradeoffs, and deliver reliable platform capabilities that empower teams to ship better products.

You will lead a high‑performing Product Management team, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, and Data, and shape how AI changes the product and software

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record leading platform product teams across multiple products or experiences
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, and tooling
• Hands-on experience shipping AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users

Responsibilities

• Set long‑term vision and strategy across the Platform portfolio
• Define shared problems and portfolio evolution with flexibility needs
• Establish success metrics tied to customer and business outcomes
• Lead AI-native platform development and how AI changes the product lifecycle
• Hire, lead, and develop Product Managers with clear goals and roadmaps
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, and Data
• Represent the portfolio with leadership and communicate progress and impact
