Job summary

DIRECTV is seeking a Technical Product Manager - Principal to own the end-to-end strategy and technical vision for a major product line, guiding cross-functional teams and aligning with enterprise goals. You will drive governance, BPMN-based process improvements, and metrics that prove value realization while mentoring other product managers in a remote-friendly, US-wide setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical master's preferred.
• 3–5 years operating at a strategic or enterprise level.
• Subject-matter expert in technical product management and enterprise-scale strategy.
• Deep technical fluency to engage with architects and engineering leadership.
• Proven track record shaping multi-year roadmaps and strategic decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive alignment experience.
• Experience with governance models and requirements traceability at scale.
• Mentoring and developing other product management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Owns and evolves long-term product vision and technical strategy for a major product line.
• Architects and governs large-scale cross-program initiatives and dependencies.
• Leads multi-program increments and connects features to company strategy.
