Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of strategic/enterprise-level experience.
• Subject-matter expert in technical product management and enterprise-scale strategy.
• Deep technical fluency to engage with architects and engineering leadership on design/trade-offs.
• Proven track record shaping multi-year roadmaps and strategic decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, incl. executive workshops and cross-organizational alignment.
• Advanced expertise in requirements traceability frameworks and governance at scale.
• Experience mentoring product management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Owns and evolves long-term product vision and technical strategy for a major product line.
• Governs large-scale cross-program EPICs and initiatives, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Leads multi-program increments, connects features to broader strategy.
• Partners with executives and architects to shape investment decisions and trade-offs.
• Drives business process modeling to identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes.
• Establishes standards for requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability.
• Defines framework for feature definition and prioritization aligned to business outcomes and architecture.
• Designs and governs success metrics and reports outcomes to senior leadership.
• Mentors senior and mid-level product managers to raise maturity.
• Acts as escalation point for complex technical challenges and governance forums.
