Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Principal Product Manager for Computer Vision to lead the strategy, roadmap, and measurable success of our enterprise CV platform. This role partners with internal leaders to translate ambiguous ideas into scalable cloud and edge AI solutions.

You will own model lifecycle, API design, data pipelines, and MRD/PRD delivery, driving platform adoption and aligning KPIs with business outcomes across the portfolio. Remote-friendly, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in a technical domain.
• Deep understanding of computer vision and machine learning, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead internal alignment with product teams to define platform requirements and drive adoption.
• Author MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core platform capabilities and end-to-end CV products.
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure from ideation to deployment.
• Define and track metrics for platform adoption, performance, latency, and outcomes.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
