Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with solutions/enterprise architecture in the DME industry.
• Experience architecting large-scale enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Healthcare/DME, pharmacy or medical device exposure preferred.
• Cloud-native and hybrid architectures with API-led and event-driven patterns.
• Strong data architecture, security, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Hands-on Salesforce, enterprise integration tech, and customer-facing digital solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee integrations across DME, Pharmacy, CRM, ERP, billing and analytics.
• Design API-first strategies, modern integration patterns, and microservices where suitable.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures for customer onboarding and engagement.
• Collaborate to establish reusable services, APIs, and data exchange standards.
• Define resiliency, performance, monitoring, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Partner with cybersecurity to ensure security standards and compliance.
