Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a mission-driven technology team supporting a large U.S. DHS environment.

You will design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and App Engine in a fully remote role within the United States. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
Current ServiceNow certification.
At least 5 years in software development.
At least 3 years hands-on ServiceNow development/configuration.
Experience building apps, workflows, integrations, or automation on ServiceNow.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting Enterprise ServiceNow apps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow apps and solutions.
Enhance ITSM, App Engine, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and workflows.
Modernize portals, Agent Workspace, dashboards, and user experiences.
Configure automated workflows supporting IT operations, employees, and customers.
Build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise apps, services, databases, and APIs.
Translate business requirements into scalable platform functionality.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and maintain system reliability.
Support onboarding/offboarding of ServiceNow customers.
