Job summary

Harnham is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join its Contract Division in a remote role. You will own client relationships, manage candidates end-to-end, and build a portfolio across Data Science, BI and Analytics. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position with strong growth potential.

You don’t need to come from the data space, but you should be curious, ambitious, and driven to succeed with an established brand and global reach in the UK, US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Structured, consistent approach to BD and delivery.
• Ability to build deep relationships and think commercially.
• Passion for data, AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Run a 360 desk, own client relationships and manage candidates end-to-end.
• Build your own portfolio in Data Science, BI, and Marketing Analytics.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
• Consult with clients to deliver on hiring strategies and long-term goals.
