Harnham in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Delivery Recruitment Consultant focused on Data & AI to source, engage, and manage top talent for permanent roles. You will work with our client-facing consultants and leadership to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes while developing your skills in a fast-growing market.

The role offers hybrid work (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), performance-based pay and career progression as you build pipelines and stay ahead of hiring trends in Data & AI.

Qualifications

• Extensive sourcing and candidate engagement in Data & AI recruitment.
• Screen and qualify candidates for technical experience and motivations.
• Manage relationships through the recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer.
• Collaborate with account managers and leadership to meet active client hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top Data & AI talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Screen and qualify candidates for technical experience, career motivations, and cultural fit.
• Manage Candidate relationships from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Partner with account managers and leadership to deliver on active client hiring needs.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across key data/AI skill sets.
• Stay current on Data & AI hiring trends, technologies, and market developments.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and mentor junior team members.
