Job summary

Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships to lead strategic data partnerships that drive growth in our RWD portfolio.

You will collaborate with business, product, legal, governance, and IT teams to evaluate data opportunities and manage partner relationships. The role requires navigating HIPAA and data governance principles while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant partnerships and informed data strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with experience in data partnerships or life sciences.
• Experience negotiating third‑party partnerships and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience with data management tools and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, and onboarding of strategic data sources and partnerships to support Labcorp's RWD portfolio.
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and data governance to finalize agreements and contracting.
• Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders and monitor vendor performance.
