Job summary
Labcorp is seeking a remote Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships to identify, evaluate and onboard strategic data sources and partnerships that strengthen Labcorp's Real World Data portfolio. You will collaborate across business, product, governance, legal, and compliance teams to assess opportunities and support innovative data products.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in data partnerships, alliance management, healthcare data, or life sciences.
- 3+ years negotiating third-party partnership agreements.
- 3+ years working with data management tools and systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and onboard strategic data sources and partnerships.
- Lead onboarding of data partners and manage ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, data governance and compliance teams on contracting.
- Develop summaries, dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Align data initiatives with global data governance and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with IT, product and commercial teams to support data sourcing needs.
