Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Lead Product Owner, Real World Data to lead planning, prioritization and development of data products for emerging customer segments. You will coordinate across product, technology, engineering and business functions to define requirements and manage backlogs.

This role requires strong experience in data products within health/life sciences, Agile practices, and the ability to deliver value through cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in data product development, product ownership, product management, or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile workflows and backlog prioritization.
• Experience building products using Real World Data in health/life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Real World Data leadership to refine and execute the product roadmap.
• Translate strategy into product vision, requirements and execution plans.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to align cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to support release planning and timelines.
• Prepare presentations communicating strategic initiatives to diverse audiences.
