Labcorp is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of its Real World Data (RWD) business. You will partner with Commercial, Product Management and Medical to craft customer-centric messaging and sales enablement content that supports strategic meetings and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years in B2B healthcare marketing or related field.
• Experience marketing Real World Data (RWD) or Real World Evidence (RWE) preferred.
• Proven ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement content.
• Experience supporting consultative B2B sales teams with strategic marketing resources.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics, SEO and ABM strategies.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear customer messages.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, Product Management, Medical, Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative and Analytics teams to plan and execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop sales enablement materials, launch communications and customer-facing assets to accelerate opportunities.
• Create and manage campaigns across digital channels, events, and webinars to generate awareness and pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and value propositions across products and datasets.
• Support product launches with internal communications and training resources.
