Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to accelerate growth in Real World Data (RWD) marketing. You will collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Medical, Digital, Brand, and Analytics to execute integrated marketing programs, develop sales enablement resources, and translate complex data capabilities into compelling customer stories that drive awareness and engagement.

This role requires balancing campaign execution with enabling sales teams to effectively communicate value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years in B2B healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, biotech, life sciences, or healthcare tech marketing.
• 2+ years marketing Real World Data (RWD) or Real World Evidence (RWE).
• 2+ years creating integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing partner to the RWD commercial organization, ensuring messaging and tools support sales.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, leave-behinds, guides, battlecards, overviews, FAQs).
• Partner with Commercial, Product Management, and Medical to craft customer presentations and content for meetings and launches.
• Equip sales with consistent messaging across products, datasets, and platform capabilities.
