Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years in related work, at least 7 years in a PM role.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset for complex programs.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
• Leadership with ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
• Experience in matrix organizations and vendor management.
• Knowledge of project management software and PM methodologies.
• PMP and Scrum certifications desired.
