Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking an accomplished program manager to lead large cross-functional initiatives, guiding them from concept to delivery while aligning with business strategy and stakeholder needs. You will shape program plans, communicate clear action plans, and ensure governance across all workstreams to drive outcomes for the brand.

You will also develop stakeholder engagement, manage risks and budgets, mentor teammates, and champion continuous improvement through structured change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with at least 7 years in a project management role.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com).
• PMP Certification and Scrum Certification desired; retail/store tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of programs using appropriate methodologies to achieve outcomes.
• Communicate action plans and align with function strategy and broader organizational mission.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans to share voice and build relationships.
• Identify solutions to business problems and drive improvements within program scope.
• Define execution plans to disseminate innovative capabilities across businesses and enable teams to innovate.
• Lead cross-functional program teams and manage budgets, governance and risk.
