Job summary

Foot Locker seeks a Sr. Program Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control complex strategic programs across multiple domains. You will lead cross‑functional teams, align with PM methodologies, and manage risks, timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of related experience, including 2+ in PM roles, and are proficient with Microsoft Project, with Agile experience and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 7+ years minimum related work experience, with at least 2 years in a program management role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing resources in a matrix organization.
• Experience in vendor sourcing and management (preferred).
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Scrum Certification (preferred).
• PMP Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans to minimize cost and implementation risks.
• Provide communication, documentation, and everyday management of programs, ensuring all risks, timelines, budget, and scope are managed.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control and close programs.
• Perform quality assurance and risk management.
• Manage program budget and scheduling estimation and management.
• Manage program team members.
• Engage stakeholders and manage internal, external, and third‑party relationships.
• Conduct status review meetings with team members and clients.
• Provide reports and documentation on program stage and progress.
