Foot Locker is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead high‑complex product group initiatives. This role is 100% remote and requires coordinating cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver programs that align with strategic objectives.

You will mentor program managers, develop stakeholder plans, manage risks, and drive change across the organization, using formal program management methods to achieve measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required; PMP/Agile certifications highly desirable.
• Requires strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to manage multiple programs.
• Experience in vendor management and matrix organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the delivery of programs within an area of professional expertise, using an appropriate program management methodology to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Communicate the action plan; explain how this relates to strategy and motivate people to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for programs to identify relevant stakeholders and ensure they have a voice.
• Interpret business needs and identify solution recommendations at a business unit level, leading improvement efforts.
• Define execution plans to disseminate innovative capabilities across the businesses and enable collaboration.
• Manage a transformational change program with integration to related programs and structured change management.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints and implement solutions to overcome them.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and formal/informal training and maintain awareness of technology and industry best practices.
• Lead production of program plans and ensure activities align with PM framework and governance.
• Manage the program review process with stakeholders and present key recommendations.
