Foot Locker seeks a Sr. Program Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control complex strategic programs across multiple domains. You will lead cross‑functional teams, align with PM methodologies, and manage risks, timelines and budgets.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of related experience, including 2+ in PM roles, and are proficient with Microsoft Project, with Agile experience and relevant certifications preferred.
Sr. Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling complex strategic and high priority programs across multiple domains. Each program requires extensive cross‑team organization, collaboration, and creative problem‑solving skills. Programs will be executed utilizing Foot Locker’s Project Methodology based on Agile principles and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Standards.
Responsible for creating written plans to manage and track tasks across multiple initiatives, using technical knowledge and input from business units, technical staff, and the IT support areas to ensure realistic timeframes and expectations. Also develop resource plans necessary to complete programs and work with Managers to provide those resources.
Frequent polling of program team for status of activities, providing status to business and IT management promptly and accurately, and reviewing tasks for completeness, validity and compliance with Foot Locker Project methodology. Interface with program stakeholders to keep all involved aware of status and potential issues; develop a positive partnership with the user community and stakeholders; communicate any issues that could impact program milestones immediately.
Ensure associates understand their tasks, priorities and accountability for completion with high quality; communicate unacceptable performance to management; ensure users are accountable for decisions impacting programs.
Serve as a true leader for the program staff; establish vision for team in line with program sponsor and company goals; proactively anticipate and secure required resources.

The annual base salary range is 90,000 – 120,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for short‑term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity and market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker total compensation package.
